A: Yes! Orders over ₹2,000 qualify for FREE standard shipping anywhere in India.

Q: What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
A: The carrier will leave a delivery notice. You can contact them to arrange redelivery or pickup. Packages may be left with building security with your consent.

A: Currently, we only ship within India. We're working to expand internationally in the future.
Returns & Refunds

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

A: We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
